In direct correlation with the 2022 National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support, we put patients at the center. We improve health equity and make diabetes prevention and education accessible to as many people as possible crossing many cultural barriers. To this end, we want to put diabetes education on wheels and take it directly to underserved, high risk populations.
