Dr. Robert Henry Creech was a great man of faith who was a kind, loving, compassionate husband, father and who lived passionately with a heartfelt drive towards caring for those who like him had diabetes.  Dr. Creech dedicated his life to medicine helping improve and enhance the lives of many who came from across the southeast for his special care, empathy and compassion. Dr. Creech was on the cutting edge of diabetes care that helped his patients live longer, healthier, and fuller lives.

Dr. Creech lived with type 1 diabetes since age of 10 years old.  He was a mentor that lived what he was teaching.  He advocated healthy eating and being active.  He loved road biking, running, walking, playing tennis and spending time with all the wonderful dogs that were blessed to have him in their lives. 

Carrying on his legacy for diabetes prevention and education his family, friends, patients and colleagues are working together with his foundation to reach everyone possible with positive lifestyle changes to live their best life!!!
